    Research Interests:

     (1) the regulation of photosynthetic carbon concentrating by system biology;

     (2) the exploitation of genetic toolboxes (gene knockdown and gene overexpression);

     (3) epigenomics (3D genome, methylome, epitranscriptome and histone modifications)of photosynthetic carbon fixation;

     (4) multiplex genome or transcriptome engineering for genome or epigenome editing by CRISPR/Cas9 or CRISPR/dCas9 technology.
